SAIC the prime contractor on Citytime scandal has spent the past few years trying to fix its reputation by splitting themselves into two companies while avoiding criminal prosecution of CityTime and hanging onto its contracts, The street follows the progress of their legal beagal bumbles.
This month the Evil twin strategy seems to be in back fire mode still and more Boesky Shuffle (term from my short story chopping the street) is in the works. Another exec retires from SAIC (Timing like Preet Bharara refusing to go back in Time CityTime pre Gerald Denault) yikes on the tails of bad contract news. Can we issue a DNR for SAIC?
Hello Judge on CityTime who refused to allow mayor Bloomberg to be called -- any possibility corruption went a little higher up than Denault on CityTime and that is why SAIC continues to suffer fall out????

"A U.S. government mediator upheld a challenge to a health-services contract awarded by NASA to SAIC Inc. (SAIC), saying the company’s corporate spinoff invalidated the award valued at as much as $1.76 billion."
Dr. Radacto what went wrong? The white out missed a spot?
"SAIC CEO Tony Moraco will restructure his management team effective February 1, recognizing the functions of information technology, communications, and corporate development as direct reports. Executive Vice President and Chief Administration and Operations Officer Tom Baybrook will retire from SAIC to pursue other interests"

Dear Preet Bharara. You said there would be arrests of CityTime officials????
Preet I called for SAIC's auditor Deloitte to be sued by NYC Gov. Ray Kelly NYPD made a big lucrative deal with Delloitte the NYPD before Ray Kelly retired? Preet is that in part why Ray Kelly is now documented in a Federal Law Suit insisting on tax payer money and his city lawyer defending Det John Vergona who coerced me into dropping charges.
I don't know if the detectives that refused to meet me except to false arrest me for being a victim of a savage attack by Dr Andrew Fagelman's violent lying receptionist Delita Hooks would have stripped searched me further violating my rights but in my Federal Lawsuit I suggest I am a victim of retaliation for being a whistle blower. Any comment Preet? Preet never responded to CityTime letters I wrote him.
Where is the criminal investigation of 911 Cy Vance and Preet Bharara? Would not reflect well on Bloomberg and NYPD top brass starting with Kelly?
