Today I put a White Rose up for Sunando Sen outside where he worked all these years,
a good soul, a good heart and truly intelligent and thanks to all of you that are helping me to get what for me is a White Rose and that is 2,000 views of pure evil.

I was a patient and got a cyst removed on my arm two painful injections....nothing I could have done or any patient could have done to warrrant that kind of violence and she takes her time taking off her shoes throwing them as I stood their a human pinata with a numb arm and heavy bags on one shoulder and my Iphone in the other after she had creepily menaced me even muttering to herself as she followed me as I looked for Dr. Vine and than after telling me irrationally she was going to slap the crap out of me she runs at me with a closed fist and punches me in the eye.

She than grabbed my hair like this is something she has done before and she wasn't finished until she tried kicking me in the groin.  She did make contact with my pubis but did not hurt me because I was trying to make distance as you can see even from this video I always tried to back away but when she pushed what I thought was the limit of abusive menacing unacceptable unprofessional behavior -- I asked her to please give me the finger again because she did so violently and so inappropriately -- and read the yelp reviews -- on her the staff and Dr. Fagelman...yes it is clear in my opinion Dr. Fagelman who never apologized and he had to see this video and there is NO justification and look at how the NYPD handled this.

She was not arrested....she broke another law walking in to the precinct filing a false complaint and you wonder why people are murdered -- at least one murder a day in NYC....is that because NYPD let violent people walk every day for what ever the NYPD chooses to as Adrian Schoolcraft's audio recording proves the NYPD make crimes disappear every day -- listen to the the tapes shocking and I lived it.

I have a hole in my retina and had laser surgery so it is healing and I went to get a cyst removed and walked out with bleeding around my eye because I just stood there as she ran at me and punched in the eye with all her force --- than I find out I have a hole in  my retina and I had an MRI the neck day and my damaged neck has bulging and herniated disks so having her punch me and grab my hair and continuously wrench my neck was not a good thing.

I went there to get a cyst removed from my arm and biopsies.   Delita Hooks and Dr. Fagelman were for me in my opinion worse than cancer and their evil and the NYPD -- their behavior so wrong so evil in my opinion although this is my blog and therefore a journal my art all my opinion.

Activists Plan Stop-And-Frisk March On Sunday

The New York Police Department is reveling in the news released this week that homicides recorded in the city are at an all-time low, and have dropped 19 percent since the previous year. Supporters of the NYPD are pointing to these numbers as evidence that stop-and-frisk policing is working to prevent violent crime.

Count activist Louis Flores as someone who is not buying what the NYPD is selling, as he is one of the main drivers behind a planned march against the controversial law enforcement tactic that has disproportionately affected minority communities, including his own in Jackson Heights–where the march will take place.

“I’d like to know how many people in my community were stopped and how many homicides have been prevented, but they don’t give those statistics,” Flores said. “It’s just a generality, a political spin that they offer to justify stop and frisk. They’re in a defensive position where they feel like they have to justify what they’re doing and they point to a decrease in homicide rate, but I don’t believe it.”

The message that Flores hopes will arise from the protest is that the City Council–and Speaker Christine Quinn in particular–should pull funding for the stop-and-frisk program during city budget negotiations. Quinn has addressed some of the problems related to stop-and-frisk in the past, but has not signed on as a sponsor to the Community Safety Act, the proposed legislation in the Council that would specifically prohibit race-based profiling by police officers, among other measures. Flores hopes that Quinn and the City Council will take action and end the practice altogether.

This year, the NYPD has been accused of massively under-reporting crimes, and refusing to investigate crimes in order to keep statistics down. Many of these accusations stem from secret recordings made by former Officer Adrian Schoolcraft. We received a tip that an email has been circulated to the entire Bronx DA's office ("probably by accident") from a high-level prosecutor, who describes their observations of the NYPD undercharging cases:

Subject: complaint room issue: under charging of cases

Good Morning All,

I have been making several observations in the complaint room concerning officers clearly under charging cases, either on their own or based on orders from their supervisors such as charging misdemeanor offenses and it is clear from the arrest report facts that the case is factually a felony or charging a lesser felony than what the facts call for (e.g. forcible touching but the case is actually a Rape 1 or Assault 2 and the case is an attempted murder). Therefore, I need all Assistants to notify me verbally and via email when cases have been grossly undercharged.

I need to know the following information (in an email):

Name of defendant(s)
Arresting Officer, shield number and precinct
Initial arrest charges
Top charge on the complaint
Whether the officer was instructed to charge a lesser offense, if so
the name and rank of the person who instructed him/her
Whether the officer was told the same facts that you were told by the victim

We contacted the Bronx DA's office for a comment.

NYPD abuse of power and corruption out of control and 3 trials of NYPD fixing, favors and alleged murder begin in the Bronx but no where else in NYC while we hear fixing favors by PBA NYPD goes on every where including city hall officials.

First Precinct fixed it so me being assaulted never happen and the YouTube proving I was threatened with bodily harm and than assaulted.  I don't have video of Dr Fagelman's receptionist menacing me in the office but she did following from out of a long reception desk.  IA and CCRB are investigating but commissioner Kelly, Chief Esposito and commander Ed Winskinof the First Precinct don't seem to care an crime was fixed and even the medical community is wondering why the NYPD made a violent assault dissapear by threatening me with false arrest if I didn't drop the charges but first the corrupt Det wanted me to wait 4 days to be arrested.


The art work about the NYPD spying was proved true but top officials of the NYPD were alerted about the NYPD using a crime to make a crime dissapear and I reported it via phone message voice mail on Winski's answering machine at the precinct and letter when Sgt Chen told me to come down in person to report the false complaint and than when I did I was turned away.

Mr. Flores filed a complaint with the Civilian Complaint Review Board (CCRB) over the use of physical force by the NYPD.

Thus far, the CCRB has not yet responded to Mr. Flores’s complaint, but Mr. Flores was contacted by NYPD CaptainJack Jaskaran, who does not work for CCRB.

“It is suspicious for the NYPD to have so much information about me, but yet they refuse to release any information to me about what they collect.  I have to question whether political motivations are guiding the actions by the NYPD.”

NYPD have a history of violating the Handschu Agreement.  And Mr. Flores has written on his blog questions about the role of Speaker Quinn in overseeing the NYPD.  Because Speaker Quinn is one of only a few city politicians, who can give orders to NYPD, what kind of oversight, approval, or objections has she made about any illegal monitoring acts by the police department ?
