Victims of NYPD crime need to be able to find each other and share information.
For example I can't locate a corrupt NYPD Sgt named Sgt Chen who worked at the First Precinct Det Squad and I have audio of him turning me away when I try to report Delita Hooks filed a false cross complaint.
