Dr Andrew Fagelman told my private investigator I was not his patient and he never met me.  Now my MD that shared the office demanded Delita Hooks be fired.   Dr FAgelman does not know his receptionist office manager is not allowed to violate other patients of MD's that share the office -- he doesn't know Delita Hooks is not allowed to violate other patient's rights repeatedly as well as their bodies.  Dr Fagelman said he could not comment on whether he spoke to the police.

Not one woman in that video asked are you all right.   I do not know their names and I only learned Delita Hooks after the NYPD coerced me to drop charges on Saturday Oct 20th so the NYPD broke the law as well as coercion is  a serious  crime not a policing tool.

You can hear the victim state repeatedly he can't breathe but the NYPD in green shirt does not listen and appears to have a death lock around his throat.  

The NYPD interfere with good Samaratian filming making him move further away when there was no need to but he has the evidence needed to prove NYPD had this man in a death grip and did not listen to his repeated warnings that he could not breathe.  

The NYPD cannot be policed by the police other it's brutality or theft or taking gifts.  Internal affairs Bureau told me that NYPD Chief Chuck Dowd do not steal millions so he can retire and that's that over and out.  We need the new commission into the police corruption and violence which includes internal affairs who cannot police the police. 

Eric Holder's office tells you to contact the FBI and the FBI tell you to contact the DA.

I was a victim of NYPD corruption and literally a crime commited by Det John Vergona who coerced me but Internal Affairs let him walk even after he threatened me told me he did not care if I had two black eyes told me I would have to wait until Saturday to be arrested for being punched and kicked and threatened , my eyes damaged he told me heating care if I had two black eyes ...

I caught Internal Affairs fixing crime for the corrupt NYPD involved including supervisors. 

The New York Police Department and the internal there's Bureau did everything but help my attacker to murder me. 

IAB let Det John Vergona and Lt Angelo Burgos retire and did not punish any NYPD involved including Det Andy Dwyer and his partner as well as Vergona's partner and I don't have names or badge numbers including for Sgt Chen of the first precinct detective squad. I caught IAB Sgt Mary O'Donnell lying to me and repeatedly stating case closed. IAB Lt Fikru stated the video speaks for itself but he was only investigating O'Donnell and it was clear to me that he was going to let odonnell walk.  

My attacker was and is employed by dr. Andrew Fagelman you did not fire her so they corrupt NYPD and internal affairs and pop sure did him a favor cause she committed a crime and I caught the beginning of the crime on video.
