We already found out that top NYPD brass including Charles Dowd an NYPD chief appointed by Ray Kelly to head technology including 911 with no tech background for over a decade was taking gifts from a 911 contractor Verizon.  The head of FirstNet's board Verizon ties -- a board Chief Dowd sat on while actively employed by the NYPD.  

I exclusively reported that Police Commissioner Bratton and Chief Dowd a board meeting at one police Plaza.  

The contractors are out-of-control and one reason is government officials that should be behaving in a way to monitor them are giving them free reign -- look at Chuck Schumer and Northrop Grumman ?

Also note Preet Bharara stated Mike Bloomberg and Joel Bondy innocent CityTime crime.  Joel Bondy testified under oath in front of city Council and he sure did not sound innocent than. 

Was forced to resign from his job so I don't know how Preet Bharara could defend these guys and the Bloomberg administration. 

I do know that Retired NYPD and retired New York city officials are on the payroll of companies that have openly bilked us and or are consultants.   Many lobbyists involved with these companies collect pensions from New York City government.

Note from Suzannah I feel like Jimmy Stewart and Mr. Smith goes to Washington but it's been years now -- suffering from extreme exhaustion.  

My jacket patches and pens is in the 9-11 Museum and I have no permit injuries in my eyes and neck from being attacked at Dr Andrew Fagelman 's by Delita Hooks and than I became a victim of police abuse and coercion.  

I have also been harassed by a few of Dr Andrew Fagelman's friends and Delita Hooks friends and I'm deeply traumatized by the attack, violence and the lies by the medical office the NYPD and anyone involved in defending the indefensible.   

Medical office is supposed to be safe place in this violent liar attacked me via Waze my patient rights repeatedly and then my body and then blamed me thanks to the New York Police Department being corrupt so far on Bob gotten away with it.  

I am suing the NYPD Internal affairs in the City of New York pro Se.   Now that NYPD are using that as an excuse vs prior repeatedly turning me away from reporting assault via coercion , turning me away from reporting Delita Hooks false cross complaint which I audio taped and turning me away from reporting an alleged hate crime by Det John Vergona.

I suffer from exhaustion from this traumatic event.  Trying to write from iPhone and can't edit in 5 min. 

I wrote Mr Eure care of Mr Bratton's office and lodged a complaint Det John Vergona coerced me a crime and Internal Affairs allowed him to retire. I have 2 audios - 1 at the first precinct with the NYPD refusing to allow me to report Delita Hooks false cross complaint because I am told I am not a detective or from the DA. 2nd audio IAB Sgt Mary O'Donnell stating case closed refusing to listen to what I have to say.

IAB Sgt Mary O'Donnell promised  to mail back my notes I accidentally handed her.  She never mailed them back.  She had lead me to believe the detective's name she gave me Dwyer was spelled Drier. She saw that on my notes and never corrected me and did not return the notes.  His name is Detective Andy Dwyer, Delita Hooks detective never even contacted me.  The lies go on and on and I was told by the NYPD's lawyer the NYPD sealed my attacker false cross-complaint in under a year.  I allege he did that to protect her and themselves since they committed the crime of coercion and fixing a crime.  

Det Vergona refused to meet me repeatedly he's never met me but in his DD5 dates I didn't want to meet him which is not true. 

I got three police reports and het false cross-complaint aka lies (in my opinion) and posted them up on scribd.com.  The video posted below proves lies and the doctors office to the NYPD an internal affairs I was treated like a Jew in the early stages of Nazi Germany.

Delita Hooks violated my patient rights and my body and corrupt cops were like ha ha you got what u deserved like an extend hate crime from the MD's to One Police Plaza.  Ray Kelly is on record defending Det Vergona who said I don't care if you have two black eyes.  You are gong to drop the charges or I am going to arrest you!

He decided I had to wait until Saturday 4 o'clock to be false arrested.   I asked arrested the Jew on the Sabbath are you anti-Semitic?

Why do I have to wait for days to be false arrested?

No answers and Ray Kelly and gang says serve Det Vergona at 1 Police Plaza after the judge instructed the city to help me to serve the retired detective since I couldn't locate him.

Below the attack which permanently damaged my left eye and created floaters in both eyes and damaged my cervical spine. I was a medical patient my arm numb from injections hold 2 bags one with an iPad and my phone as Delita Hooks came out from a long closed off reception desk to continue violating my patient rights she provoked me to get help when I couldn't get help she provoked me to video tape/ document her verbal assault and gestures and she repeatedly violated my body. The NYPD did her employer Dr Andrew Fagelman 155 Spring St a favor since he did not fire her. I sent an private investigator to ask if he spoke to the NYPD and he said no comment. He did comment he's never met me and I'm not his patient. He and the women in the video never apologized to me. I am told I was lied about and blamed. I have deleted (Delita) hooks false cross-complaint. I was read the letter she sign stating if I ever come back and file assault charges again she will file another cross-complaint. That would be too (2) false cross complaints that apparently she's confident the NYPD will help her out with rather than bring to the Manhattan DA.

The mayors office forwarded my email about 911 tech corruption and NYC Pensions to Mr Eure as well. In my lawsuit against the city the NYPD and internal affairs I stayed in part but was done to me was retaliation for being a whistleblower including 911 (HP, etc.)

I cannot imagine what you did to make that perfectly nice lady so mad - she's always been very sweet to me when I've been in the office, and I'm extremely pleased with the care I've received and the respect I've been shown by Dr. Fagelman and his staff. Quite jarring to come across something like this that's so clearly the personal vendetta of an unstable person when Googling to find Dr. Fagelman's ZocDoc listing. Seems like you should get a life/some mental help/a hobby and leave these good people in peace.

Dr. Fagelman is the most caring doctor I have ever encountered in my 43 years on this planet . He is always there for his patients . I have called his office several times and he actually answered his own phone . I have needed a prescription on July 3 at 7 pm and he answered my call and called the pharmacy for me . He is there 100% for his patients. Every time I call or come into the office Delita is extremely helpful and professional. You must have really been an absolute jerk to incite her . They both are hard working, good people really get a life Suzanna . - Seth Wolkoff

I pray to G-d you are served KARMA for you evil cruel abuse of me a patient. I have to ask if you are on any medications for mental illness to blame me for Delita Hooks a violent liar with so many People calling her out for her attitude problems who had no right to repeatedly violate my patient rights.  I filed a lawsuit against her for a million dollars and did not serve her to my regret but my goal is to sue Dr Fagelman in the year and a half I have left and you can testify on his behalf.  He is an evil man who is irresponsible to say the least to have such a violent liar on his staff at the front desk.  Shame on you and I won't be there to witness you getting your karma but you are an awful person as your comment proves blaming me for such a sick vicious unprofessional attack on a patient.  Under oath -- you and everyone defending the violence and lies can answer questions about this video and this false cross complaint.
