Joe sure has a thing for blaming the victim so excuse me if I hope he is horrifically victimized and gets his own treatment.  I am waiting to find out if I am getting subpoena power in my lawsuit because I hope to serve Google to learn identities of alleged witness tampering including a supposedly lawyer who called me a confrontative cunt and threatened to turn the tables on me if I took any legal action.  The detective I am suing had no comment on this YouTube comment but in my opinion acted as the enforcer of that threat.   Needless to say Google isn't  the only entity I want to subpoena and first I want to serve the NYPD and Internal affairs.  If I had Tacopina under oath I would want to ask him and his pals about any knowledge of NYPD, IAB and PBA fixing.  Note: The media is not reporting on The infamous NYPD Ramos trial where in fact NYPD IAB PBA fixing and favors all got caught but oh yeah Internal Affairs wants us to believe only in the Bronx!!!! FYI.   I filed a grievance against Chad Seigel in Tacopina Seigel defense Chad Seigel compared NYPD rape victim's vagina to a Venus Fly Trap.  Seigel threatened to sue me. I said go a head and included a list of who I would call including Bernie Kerik, Mr Decandia, Federal Agents, etc. 

Seigel and Tacopina slandered me and a highly decorated WW2 Veteran with a heart condition and knee surgery calling us harassers when in fact we were Protestors as per US Constitution protesting putting the NYPD Rape Victim on trial.  Because I fear Joe may have special relations with certain NYPD I contacted every division possible from Kelly's office, IAB, Commander local precinct, community affairs of my protest but abusers paint their victims as harassers.   Protesting Tacopins Seigel for putting the NYPD Rape Victim on trial is not harassment.     In my opinion Seigel's letter on Tacopina Seigel letterhead slandered me and my protestors including LGBT activists and Veterans all born men except for me.  My friend a Viet Nam Vet is a Tranny. 

I have videos of  the protest with I am told Tara Tacopina oops Tara Joe's secretary not his wife blowing cigarette smoke in my direction even after I tell her I have acid reflux.  She brags Joe will get a dismissal.   I told all the media but no one ran the story.  I do not believe the gossip Joe had a thing with a female juror but isn't it odd his employee is bragging on camera before the trial is over?

Too date no arrests and this summer I was turned away yet again this time from

upgrading the assault charges to 2nd degree.  Take a close look at the video.  

Delita Hooks still sitting up front behind a long closed off reception desk and the NYPD Det that committed the crime of coercion not arrested.   The lawyer for the NYPD IAB told me in our 1st phone conversation Delita Hooks (false) cross complaint had been sealed.  FYI it had been sealed in under one year.  Why?  In my opinion to hide her crimes of assault and a false cross complaint along with the NYPD's crime of coercion and possibly witness tampering.  Some how IAB has not noticed any of this but knows you are watching so even though they let Det John Vergona retire which they should not have IAB says the case is open.  2 reasons IAB says case is open is 1) they link any complaints I make to his.  2) they know you are watching and it is an escape route for IAB in case they are no longer allowed to protect the NYPD and MD office as well as retaliate against me for being a whistle blower?

Preet I called for SAIC's auditor Deloitte   to be sued by NYC Gov.   Ray Kelly NYPD made a big lucrative deal with Delloitte the NYPD before Ray Kelly retired?  Preet is that in part why Ray Kelly is now documented in a Federal Law Suit insisting on tax payer money and his city lawyer defending Det John Vergona who coerced me into dropping charges. 

I don't know if the detectives that refused to meet me except to false arrest me for being a victim of a savage attack by Dr Andrew Fagelman's violent lying receptionist Delita Hooks would have stripped searched me further violating my rights but in my Federal Lawsuit I suggest I am a victim of retaliation for being a whistle blower.
