They did not go to IAB on my behalf and I went to the Internal Affairs Bureau and it is one year and 20 days and IAB got the case 1 year ago and I know they have seen the video, my medical records and Delita Hooks false cross complaint.  They let Det John Vergona retired and they sent his crime of coercion to the Integrity Bureau and Lt. Agnes refused to contact me and interview me.   He said my allegations unfounded.

He wasn't alone -- I have audio of Internal Affairs Sgt Mary O'Donnell refusing to listen to me and stating case close.  She references Ron Kuby's letter and it wasn't exactly what I agreed to but when I got the City's Motion to dismiss greatly moved to actually read it.

He wrote I agree to drop the charges against my attacker if she drops her charges against me.

Well he left out "her alleged" charges but he did good.

Any person with half a brain would ask why would I drop the charges against my attacker?

Why would a famed criminal lawyer write a letter with the word "ATTACKER" if not to send a message but the NYPD and IAB where committed to covering up Det John Vergona's crime of coercion and Delita Hooks crime of assault and false criminal report also a serious crime.

interesting because they start just when Det John Vergona becomes extremely abusive and acts with prejudice against me and stop when I file a lawsuit against the NYPD and IAB and IAB has a tape recording of one of their women officers, I believe a Sgt that says she refuses to investigate aggravated harassment because no NYPD involved.  If no NYPD involved why did the aggravated harassment stop when I filed suit against the NYPD and why did "someone" try taking down my Det John Vergona YouTube if not NYPD or connected to NYPD?

Changed the title this morning ---- if you click on the white letters of the title on the top of the YouTube it will take you to the youtube and in the text portion you can click on the links to her false cross complaint, the lawsuit against the City, NYPD and IAB as well as other links and info on her violating my patient rights as well as my body, lying blaming me, NYPD fixing the savage attack and Internal Affairs also involved in covering up NYPD crime of coercion.

This morning I changed the title removing the word "violently", adding the word LIED and an exclamation mark to help the video in my goal for it to go viral as one year and 19 days and No Justice.

When I got an actual copy of her false criminal report also a serious crime I added "NYPD Fixed" to the title and added the link to her false criminal report because it proves beyond a doubt the NYPD and IAB fixed this savage crime and proof is no arrest and Det John Vergona was allowed to retire and the City of New York and NYPD chose to pay his legal bills and allow him to be served at One Police Plaza so I caught the NYPD and IAB go way out of their way to protect a cop guilty of coercion.

Now I have her false criminal report and it proves to me corruption.  Why?  Where is her arrest for assault and a false cross complaint and where is the arrest of Det John Vergona for coercion and fyi he wasn't a rogue cop acting alone.

So where are the arrests and punishment for the NYPD and IAB involved?

This is a medical office.  Yes Delita Hooks was rude and violated my patient rights but she also lied and repeatedly violated my body.  She went the day after me and filed a false cross complaint so NYPD Ray Kelly and Charles Campisi of Internal Affairs what is the NYPD and Internal Affairs excuse?

Call 1800 NYPD PBA IAB fixing and favors and ask them for a comment......?????
