Staten Island Residents Help Us Don't Abandon Us

Well our great mayor did offer Staten Island residents some solace....
if you are cold put on a sweater.
At least they will have the NYC Marathon to look forward to a charity oriented event raising no emergency money for the families that lost their loved one and their homes.
